How can I reserve a library conference room? (UCLA Law Students Only)

Answer

UCLA Law Students may reserve a room at: https://libbooking.law.ucla.edu/reserve/conference. The link is also available in the top navigation in MyLaw under "Appointments & Reservations." Follow the steps on the screen to reserve your room. Be sure to click the final "Submit my Booking" button to confirm the reservation. You will receive a confirmation email immediately; if you do not, it means you have not completed the reservation.

When you arrive for your reservation, stop by the circulation desk to check out a key to get into the room. Please also be sure to check in to your room (you can do so 15 minutes in advance)--if you do not check in by 30 minutes after the start of your reservation time, your reservation will be auto-cancelled and someone else can reserve the space.

If you are unsure of which room to reserve, you can view the "Conference Room Photo Gallery."

Please be sure to review the Conference Room policies before using and note that reservations are same-day only and are for a maximum of three hours per day.
