Can law students submit manuscripts through ExpressO and Scholastica for free?

Yes!
ExpressO: The Law School pays submission costs for current UCLA law students and Alumni. Create an account with your lawnet.law.ucla.edu and you will be automatically added to the approved users list.
Scholastica: Current UCLA Law Students can submit via Scholastica and then seek reimbursement through their Career and Conference Fund (CCF) (contact the Business & Finance Office for details).
